
Bendera Housing is proud to introduce Belong@Bendera Blue Quill. A thoughtfully designed 192 mixed affordable and market rent community in Edmonton's Blue Quill neighbourhood. Belong@Bendera reflects our deep commitment to creating inclusive, dignified, and sustainable homes for low income individuals and families who need them most.
Located at 245 Saddleback Road NW, a 12-minute walk to Century Park Station, Belong@Bendera is one of the surplus school sites designated by the City of Edmonton to deliver high quality and sustainable affordable homes to low-income Edmontonians.
