Help us shape the future of Belong@Bendera

We are Bendera Housing, a non-profit housing organization dedicated to creating safe, inclusive, and affordable communities.

Our project—Belong@Bendera—will be located at 245 Saddleback Road, NW. This land was transferred to Bendera Housing by the City of Edmonton as part of its Surplus School Sites program, which supports the development of affordable housing on unused school lands.

Your Input Matters

Some features of Belong@Bendera, such as the target number of units, affordability levels, accessibility and energy efficiency, have already been set. However, your feedback is important and will help us shape other key aspects of the project, such as:

The design and use of public outdoor spaces

The most valuable use of the commercial space

How we can support a strong sense of community integration and belonging

Survey Questions
This survey will take approximately 5—7 minutes to complete. Your input will help ensure Belong@Bendera reflects the needs and values of the Blue Quill community.
1

We are designing shared outdoor areas and want to reflect your preferences. Which additional features would you most like to see in the public spaces? (Select up to 3)

3

We want your input on how this space can serve the wider community.

What types of uses would you most support for the commercial space? (Select up to 3)
